HOW
DO I PARTICIPATE?
Follow
these 6 Simple Steps:
1.
Create video clip of your weekend game using cell
phones and camcorders
2.
Upload the video on YouTube website
3.
Send email to marketing@tenninballcricket.org with
the YouTube link of uploaded video
4.
TCA marketing team will add the video into the Tennisballcricket Channel on
YouTube.
5.
Subscribe to the Tennisballcricket channel to
watch video clips posted by various teams
6.
Do not forget to comment and Rate various videos

your time at the dugout with fun activities
- Record
your fellow players using cell phones and
camcorders
- Capture
those great moments with off field reflexes
- Upload
your video clips to YouTube and qualify
for the monthly $25 TCA Tube award

Rules
and Guidelines:
1. This is a monthly award with a prize money of $25.00 starting
from March 2008 until December 2008
2. Addition of new video clips in Tennisballcricket channel will
be announced on TCA website
3. However, TCA will not be responsible for marketing of this
video to the community. Bringing the viewers to the Tennisballcricket Channel
to watch and comment on the uploaded videos is the sole responsibility
of the individuals or teams uploading the video
4. At the end of the month, 5 videos will be nominated for
voting by the community to select the best video
5. Nomination will be done based on captured moments, comments
given by the community, overall rating received for the video
clip and quality of the video itself.
6. Third party Company and/or individuals not associated with
TCA board and volunteers will nominate and select top 5 videos
of the month for the voting.
7. TCA community will vote for the best video within 1 week
of the poll creation
8. Winner of the previous month will be declared by 10th of
each month
9. TCA retains the rights to modify the monetary value of the
prize in the future
10. TCA retains the rights to modify the rules and regulation
of this contest in the future
