1st Offense:
• Warning.

2nd Offense:
• Deduction of 25% of total points won in one game
• Penalty will be applicable to the Round robin phase of the TCA-BA League Championship and TCA-BA OPEN tournament, and TCA-BA Winter League

3rd Offense:
• Deduction of 25% of total points won in one game
• Penalty will be applicable to the Round robin phase of the TCA-BA League Championship, TCA-BA OPEN tournament, and TCA-BA Winter League

4th Offense:
• Deduction of all points won in one game (16 points)
• Penalty will be applicable to the Round robin phase of the TCA-BA League Championship, TCA-BA OPEN tournament, and TCA-BA Winter League

It is mandatory for teams to enter full-detailed scores within 2 full weeks of the game played.

• If the scorecard is not entered within 3 weeks of the game played than it will be escalated and considered as 2nd offense. The level of offense will escalate the later the scorecard is entered.
• All the detailed scorecards must be entered by the Tuesday 11:59pm of the end of the round robin phase of the event.

Notes

• Teams will only be allowed to enter late-brief and detailed scores till midnight. Failure to do so will be considered as 2nd offense for the same event.

• Opponents are requested to make sure that their winning opponents have entered score-sheets on time. TCA-BA Games committee needs to have score sheets submitted on time for rankings (seeding), future match-ups and awards considerations.

• TCA-BA Management will allow teams to report certain situations where they cannot enter score sheets on time. Under such circumstances it is team's responsibility to ensure TCA-BA Games Committee (bagames@tennisballcricket.org) and Website Committee (bawebsite@tennisballcricket.org) is informed on time.
