• Manage tournament announcements, formats & Schedules
• Manage Season guide
• Release Initial rankings and final rankings
• Manage game related feedback from community
• Release/upload schedule to website based on the guidelines defined by website committee.
• Manage game related statistics
• Manage/announce best category awards
• Interface for new teams joining TCA
• Manage welcome kit with information need for the team to join TCA
• Work with new teams all the way to ensure a smooth start and bring them part of TCA community.
  
• Works with facilities, website, finance & Marketing Committees
• Manage all championship Final events
• Order & Manage trophies for Championships, MOM & other awards
• Distribute Championships, MOM & other awards
• Manage facility such as banners, stalls, sponsors etc..
• Photo & video facilities to capture events.
• Manage & co-ordinate with teams, volunteers, guest, events, guest events, raffle tickets etc..
• Manage facility clean up after events
• Help teams to identify uniform vendors
• Manage TCA insurance policy.

• inbound and outbound marketing of TCA affiliated programs and tournaments.
• Treat TCA’s tournaments and off field programs as TCA’s products and lead the efforts in creating competitive yearly membership pricing as well as tournaments specific pricing, working in collaboration with other committees.
• Lead the efforts and/or participate in creating off-field programs for TCA community to promote TCA as well as affiliated TCA member teams.
• Lead and/or participate in the process of the creating yearly sponsorship packages and tournament specific sponsorship packages.
• Identify potential advertisers and sponsors or act on the sponsorship leads given by other community members and Lead the negotiations to finalize the sponsorships for TCA events and off field programs.
• Create a GTC (Go-to-Community) plan for each tournament and off field programs. Execute the plan along with other marketing committee members
• Gather feedback from TCA affiliated teams on TCA’s products such as tournaments and off field programs. Lead the efforts to close the feedback loop with appropriate committees and teams
• Represent TCA in all out bound communication to community members including but not limited to new tournament communications, website features and updates, end of tournament presentations, press releases etc

• Defining Rules and Guidelines governing Tennisball Cricket
• Manage the appeals procedure to resolve disputes, which are related to game/matches.
• Manage feedback from community.

Finance Committee

Lead: Sarang Samant (99ers), Nihir Parikh (Bhola XI)

• Receiving membership fees or penalties.
• Collecting sponsorship dues.
• Allocate budget for any expenditure to be incurred
• At end of the year will furnish the group a detailed break down of all funds received and expenses incurred in annual general body meeting.
• Refund any balance that is due to the member teams as per membership fee refund procedure.
• Responsible for filing Tax returns with IRS.
• Manage NPO status.
• Membership forms
• Manage/update team contact list with help of games Committee

• Define, design & Develop functions of tennisballcricket.org
• Get feedback on website user experience
• Manage website content
• Community support for all website related issues for clubs and players.
• Manage email alias
• Manage websites access rights for Committees, players & clubs.

• Set goals for Committees & TCA community.
